Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because each item is produced specifically for you, this helps reduce overproduction and waste.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time is added on top of production time.

Estimated delivery times after production:

EU: 3–10 business days
International (outside EU): 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

 

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

For orders shipped outside  EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing.

 

Made-to-Order Production

All items are produced on demand through our production partner. This means we do not hold large inventories, which helps reduce waste and support more sustainable production practices.
